- **Event Description**: This yoga + free movement workshop series is an invitation to step out of the constant becoming and into the direct experience of being alive. 
Through yoga, somatic practices, and free dance, we create a space to acknowledge what is already here: your vitality, your presence or whatever it may be present in that moment. 

The first journey of Autumn is an introductory event, where you can come to experience this combination for yourself. 

What can you expect: 
We start with practicing Kundalini kriyas that combine rhythmic breathing with repetitive movement. This helps to clear stagnancies, develop mental clarity, and activate the natural flow of energy.  
 
This more structured practice is followed by somatic exercises to move towards free movement, and expression that your body wants to create. The dance section includes some guidance, and suggestions to help you dive deeper. 

No previous experience is needed.
