Join our free workshop and peer support group for multicultural fathers, organized by the Helsinki YMCA TAT Fatherhood Project in collaboration with Familia ry.
Theme: Identity, belonging, and well-being
We will talk about:
* How migration changes identity and fatherhood
* Feelings during cultural transition
* Mental and physical well-being
* Strength, coping, and belonging in two cultures
This is a safe and inclusive space to listen, share, and learn with other fathers. No pressure. Respectful discussion. Welcome as you are.

� Bonus: You and your children will have the opportunity to join a free summer camping experience with other international fathers at the end of May, as part of the TAT Fatherhood Project.
