We return with a Creative Flow workshop!

Come move, breathe and connect with people in the park! Community Park Yoga is a free outdoor yoga session open to everyone. Whether you have never tried yoga before or you just want to meet like-minded people while enjoying nature, you are warmly welcome.

This time we will explore traditional Hatha yoga through the lens of creativity in this 60 minute flow. We will practice together on the grass, taking time to connect with ourselves, move our bodies and enjoy each other’s company. No experience needed!

Yhteisöllinen Puistojooga palaa Luovan Liikkeen Työpajan kera!

Tule liikkumaan, hengittämään ja tutustumaan uusiin ihmisiin puistossa! Yhteisöllinen puistojooga on maksuton ulkoilmajoogatunti, joka on avoin kaikille. Olit sitten täysin aloittelija tai kaipaat vain mukavaa tapaa liikkua luonnossa ja tavata samanhenkisiä ihmisiä, olet lämpimästi tervetullut.

Taiteiden yön kunniaksi harjoittelemme perinteistä Hatha-joogaa luovuuden näkökulmasta 60 minuutin pituisessa työpajassa. Harjoittelemme yhdessä nurmikolla, ottaen aikaa yhteyden luomiseen itseemme, kehon liikuttamiseen ja yhdessäolosta nauttimiseen. Aikaisempaa kokemusta ei tarvita!
