Just human with Chris MacDonald

Chris MacDonald will speak about Youth and Mental Health at The International People's College.

For more than two decades, Chris MacDonald has worked at the intersection of physiology, psychology, and human connection – both in practice and through research.

In this thought-provoking seminar, Chris dives into the story of us – the story of how deeply relationships, community, and social connection shape our mental health and resilience.

Drawing on the latest research and many years of experience, he shows why human connection is not a luxury, but a biological necessity.

Chris is also involved in projects aimed at helping young people build the best possible foundation for a healthy and meaningful life.

There will be a limited number of seats, which will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

The seminar is in English and will be taped on video for a documentary in progress.
