Photopia “Sofra & Tabliya” Exhibition

Share your photos documenting Ramadan meals in your city or village, home cooked or street food. Highlight a well known dish from your area and include a short description (max 250 words) telling its story. Selected photos will be chosen and featured in the exhibition taking place after Eid, with special recognition for the top 3 winners, while the rest of the best submissions will also be displayed, showcasing the cultural diversity and social traditions of Ramadan across 26 governorates.
In collaboration with Documentaries.

Submission Guidelines:

- Number of submitted photos: from 1 to 3 photos, Each photo must include a short description (max. 250 words) sharing the dish and it's story.

- Deadline to submit your photos: 31st of March.

ندعوكم للمشاركة في معرض “ سُفْرَة و طَبْلِيَّة” 

تجربة بصرية وسردية توثق مائدة رمضان في مصر، من المدن إلى القرى والريف في صور تعكس وجبات الإفطار والسحور في كل محافظة، سواء على السُفْرَة  أو الطَبْلِيَّة ، بأكلات البيت أو مأكولات الشارع، لتحكي قصص الناس وعاداتهم الرمضانية.
المطلوب تقديم صور حديثة (٣ بحد أقصى)  تعكس الهوية الرمضانية للطعام في محافظتكم، مع تعبير واضح عن هوية مكانكم وإبراز أكلة معروفة ومختصة  بمدينتكم أو محافظتكم. أرفقوا مع الصورة وصفًا لا يتجاوز ٢٥٠ كلمة يوضح نوع الأكلة والحكاية أو اللحظة المرتبطة بها، بلمسة شخصية تنقل روح المكان ودفء اللمة حول المائدة.
الصور المختارة ستُعرض في المعرض بفوتوبيا بعد عيد الفطر، ليكون “سفرة وطبلية” رحلة بصرية توثق التراث الرمضاني والطقوس اليومية، وتعكس التنوع الثقافي والاجتماعي للأكل في رمضان عبر 26 محافظة. سيتم تكريم الفائزين الثلاثة الأوائل وتسليط الضوء على أعمالهم بشكل بارز، بينما ستُعرض باقي الصور المختارة أيضًا كجزء من المعرض.
