Let's step into the new year through a St.Catherine hike, guided expressive arts therapy, and a creative vision board artwork process inspired by the mountain, you will explore your inner landscape—your strengths, your values, and the new beginnings calling you forward.

Bio:
Shahira Kamal is a visual artist, educator, singer-songwriter, and certified Expressive Arts Therapy practitioner. After receiving her 2 year diploma from the World Arts Organization Canada and Expressive Arts Egypt, she has been engaged in facilitating retreats, workshops, and private sessions that integrate creativity and therapeutic exploration.

With over 15 years of art teaching experience and a solid background in the arts—including three solo exhibitions and two released EP albums—her work brings together art, music, and reflection to support personal growth and genuine expression in both private and group settings.
