This activity is supported by the City of Gold Coast Active & Healthy Program. Guided by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, this class incorporates low intensity exercises in the water to support physical wellbeing, promote relaxation, reduce stress and relieve pain. In this 45 min session participants will utilise resistance, aerobic, flexibility and balance training with emphasis on slowing down and controlling each movement.

Who is this class suitable for?
Classes are conducted in a heated pool and cater for those who are nervous about getting into the water or have mobility concerns. Suitable for all, including people with disabilities, those with chronic illness/disease, pre-and post- surgery rehabilitation, pre- and post- natal women.
