Facilitated by two occupational therapists, the session integrates sensory grounding, gentle movement, Chi Mi–inspired breathing and flow, creative nature-based expression, and guided mindfulness. Participants are supported to slow their breathing, notice body sensations, and engage with natural materials to promote present-moment awareness and emotional safety. Structured check-ins and a closing reflection circle encourage connection, self-expression, and the development of practical calming strategies that can be used in everyday life.
