Wildlife Yoga: Tracks

Get ready for the new year with movement, imagination, and a “walk” through Montana’s winter woods. This yoga class will blend gentle poses with wildlife exploration as we follow animal tracks through the snow and learn how creatures adapt to winter. No outdoor walking or real tracking, just fun, creative movement inspired by nature! This is great for ages 3-7.
