When we Medicine Dance, it is an act of Devotion - Devotion for ourselves and Devotion for the entire Universe. It's a Dance with the Divine. It is a personal ceremony~ A powerful Journey!

It’s the ecstatic expression of your unique energy that can lead you to spiritual awakenings, mental clarity, physical embodiment and emotional regulation. 

The unique use of the blindfold opens us to the inner Trance State of Being. There is nobody to perform for, nobody to impress. We dance from our CENTER, the seat of our power. As we let go of trying to be perfect and begin to move our energy in our own unique way, we are healing our relationship with ourselves, with our physical bodies, and with Spirit. 

Come dance your intentions into Being! Let the music take you on a journey inward, to trust your inner knowings!
