Heart Healthy Lunch Presentation

Join us for a fun and informative dining experience focused on heart health and lifelong wellness. Our featured speaker, Mike McNamara, MS, FAACVPR, brings more than 35 years of experience in cardiovascular disease prevention. Currently part of the Cardiovascular Health Program with the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services, Mike has spent the last two decades helping communities improve heart health outcomes.

A heart-healthy lunch will be served.
