Zur Wintersonnenwende – einst gefeiert von Kelten, Germanen und Wikingern – tragen wir dieses leise Versprechen in uns weiter. Mit Yin Yoga begeben wir uns tief in die Verbindung zu Körper, Erde und Atem. Sanft entschleunigend, durchzogen von tantrischen Impulsen, kreieren wir Raum – ganz still, ganz zart – in uns.

Our Yule special during winter solstice
The shortest day, the longest night – and yet Yule can also been viewed one of the most delicate harbingers of light. In the darkest hour, hope awakens and the light begins to celebrate its tender comeback.
On the winter solstice day – once celebrated by Celts, Germanic tribes and Vikings – we carry this silent promise within us. With Yin Yoga, we connect deeply with body, earth and breath. Gently slowing down, infused with tantric impulses, we create space – very quietly, very delicately – within ourselves.
What you can expect:
