- **Event Description**: Dear fellow doctoral students and researchers, 

the Doctoral Students Conventions cordially invites yout to our info 
evening about "heiDOCs". 

The event is scheduled for Thursday, February 16th, at 6 pm. in lecture room no. 14 (HS 14) of the Neue Universität. 

The "heiDOCs" project encompasses a) the central registration of all doctoral students and researchers and b) a project to increase the quality of the doctoral phase. We want to talk about the basic structure of the project and provide room for questiond and remarks. We are happy to have among others Prof Óscar Loureda Lamas with us who will be available for questions about "heiDOCs". 

We also would ask you kindly to provide us with your questions about 
the project and send them to us via 
doktorandenkonvent@uni-heidelberg.de - we will collect them and talk 
about them in the discussion. 

We are looking forward to see you on Thursday next week.
