Thanksgiving Week Yoga

All Levels Yoga is a traditional yoga practice that combines slow flowing movement with mindful attention to body and breath, as well as contemplation of yogic philosophy. No prior experience needed for this welcoming practice designed to facilitate connection to inner self. We meet in Fellowship Hall at Gilead Church. Registration is requested and you will be notified if class is cancelled due to emergency or low enrollment. $15 to drop in and/or 6 classes/$75 class package offered to be used at anytime within one year of purchase. Class led by Jen Goodine RYT 500, certified reiki level 2 instructor, certified Buddhist Meditation Instructor and Aryuvedic Health Counselor in training at Kripalu.
