Join us on Saturday, May 17, from 11:00 am - 12:30 pm at Gay City State Park in Hebron, CT, for a FREE qigong class among the trees.

Qigong is a gentle yet powerful somatic healing practice designed over many centuries to bring the mind, body, and spirit into greater balance with nature. This 90-minute outdoor practice session will focus on preparing us for the transition into the Summer months. The qigong forms we practice will pay particular attention to nourishing the organs and emotions associated with the Fire element.

Participants are welcome to bring their own lunches and stay afterward for tea and an informal picnic.

This event is free and open to all adults and accompanied teens. Online registration is required. All experience levels are welcome. All forms can be adapted to a variety of ability levels and mobility needs.

Out of respect for other participants, please remember to:
- Avoid wearing synthetically fragranced products.
- Leave furry friends at home (unless they are support or service animals).
