Freedom Fest on the Lake 2025

The Heber Springs Area Chamber of Commerce Freedom Fest on the Lake event, presented by Red River Dodge and Baptist Health Medical Center is July 5th! Join us for a 5K Saturday morning, at Sulphur Creek Trails. Then head to Sandy Beach that evening to see Sofie and the New Relics play and watch breathtaking fireworks!


-Freedom Fest 5K run/walk on Saturday morning, July 5th, at Sulphur Creek Trails; Race begins at 8:00 am. Parking and registration will be at the Cleburne County Fair Grounds. On sight registration from 6:30-7:30 am. Online registration will be available starting May 1-July 4. Reservation link will be posted soon.

-Fireworks Extravaganza: Fireworks Display at 9:30 pm at Sandy Beach, broadcast by 101.9 the Lake-KSUG; live music by the band, Sophie and the New Relics, beginning at 7 pm.
