Parent Talk is a 4-week parenting class designed to help parents navigate the real challenges of raising kids in today’s world. Meeting on Wednesday nights during HYFI, this class creates space for honest, practical conversations about parenting, rooted in grace, shaped by the gospel, and grounded in real life.
Taught by Pastor Dave and Trisha, parents of six children, Parent Talk isn’t about having all the answers or getting it perfect. It’s about learning together, sharing wisdom, and growing as parents who lead their homes with truth, love, and grace. Each week, we’ll talk through relevant parenting topics, how to build a grace-filled home, and how to engage in hard conversations with our kids from a Christian perspective.
Whether you’re parenting toddlers, teens, or somewhere in between, this class is designed to be practical, encouraging, and immediately helpful, because parenting is hard, and you don’t have to do it alone.
Childcare for preschool-5th Grade is provided through our HYFI Kids Ministry.
