Set the Table with Art: Block Printing Workshop with Naomi McLeod

Celebrate the season of gathering with Harmon Guest House’s artist in residence, Naomi McLeod, in a special hands-on block printing workshop. Known for her playful, folk art–infused works gracing the hotel’s spaces, Naomi will guide guests through the timeless craft of block printing—an ancient relief technique where hand-carved designs are inked and pressed to create one-of-a-kind prints on fabric or paper.

Spend a creative afternoon designing and printing bespoke pieces—perhaps a set of napkins, a table runner, or a festive tea towel—to bring art and intention to your holiday table or for a holiday gift. Enjoy connecting with Naomi as she shares her creative process, from inspiration to printmaking, and take home your handmade creation as a keepsake of the season.

Please Note: Guests may bring a simple design idea to translate into a block print or create one on site. A tea towel or napkin will be provided, and attendees are welcome to bring additional fabric, shirts, or linens to print on.
