Our classroom? A Bradford Mountain vineyard with breathtaking views of Dry Creek Valley. Explore the roles that microclimate, canopy management, and more play in determining wine style. We’ll use  sensory and science to help determine a pick date.  All are invited to use  palate and a refractometer to  measure and record grape sugar - and to explore its  role in wine style.
