We begin by arriving together over a cup of tea before moving into a short grounding in practice. This could be a guided meditation, listening to a piece of music in silence, a simple breathwork exercise, or a gentle visualization - always something to help us arrive fully and set the tone of the evening.The heart of the evening is the sharing circle. Here, each woman is invited to share what feels present for her. You are welcome to simply be heard, or to ask for what you need - whether that’s reflections, feedback, insights, hand-holding, a song, or simply quiet listening. There is no right or wrong way to share.We close with a grounding out practice to help gently integrate the evening before stepping back into the world. This could be a short meditation, a poem, a moment of shared silence, or a card pull.Afterwards, there’s time for light conversation and connection.
