Running from July 3 through 12, with dinner and show options being offered for the July 11 and 12 performances! WHAT 1776 puts a human face on the pages of history as we see the men behind the larger-than-life figures of founding fathers John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, and others who helped forge this nation, in a musical that is at turns funny, insightful, and compelling, with a striking score and legendary script. Even though we think we know what happened in Philadelphia during that sweltering summer of 1776, this classic award-winning musical will have you on the edge of your seat as you find out HOW it happened - and how much is still yet to be done! The PTPA is also very excited to be offering DINNER & SHOW options for our performances on Saturday, July 11th and Sunday, July 12th (All Dinner Reservations must be made by Monday, July 6th)!
