Chakra Cleansing with Reiki and Sound
Start the New Year right! Join Beth and Denelle for a reiki-infused chakra balancing sound bath.
We’ll start with gentle movement, visualization, and chanting the mantras for each chakra as the corresponding bowl is played and transition to a sound bath with reiki for everyone.
You will leave feeling renewed and ready for 2026.
