I have received a few messages regarding hotel accommodations and offers to help. I decided to make this Facebook group for all info and updates! Please feel free to add anyone to this group that I may have missed. I don’t have everyone on this Facebook. 

Hotel Accommodation: 

Microtel Inn & Suites by Windham | Hazelton/Bruceton Mills. This is 8 minutes away and fairly priced. If you are looking for something a bit more modern and with more amenities, try closer to Cheat Lake, Morgantown or McHenry, MD.  

Food:

So far, we have the following covered. Feel free to sign up for whatever food you feel comfortable bringing. I will provide what we are missing. 

Pasta Salad
Macaroni Salad
Haluski 
Taco Salad

Park entrance:
There is a $5 fee per person at the gate to enter. If this prevents you from attending, please message me and I will happily cover your fee! 

Entertainment:
Ricky kindly offered to DJ! The pavilion is next door to a playground. I will be bringing outdoor games for all. Such as tug of war, potato sack race, corn hole, etc. 

Bingo & Card Games: 
I am happy to supply the bingo and card games. If you want to play bingo, please bring a small gift as a prize. $10-20 basket is totally fine!  

Photos:
I have a projector and am looking to display family photos during the event. If you have family photos you want to share, I’d be forever grateful! 

Invites:
Invites have been sent out but I’m sure I’ve missed someone or an invite was lost in the mail. Please know that everyone is invited and encouraged to come. If you missed the paper invite - text me!!
