Deepen Your Practice: A 6-Week Yoga Immersion

This 6-week course is designed for you who want to go beyond the surface of their yoga practice. In an intimate group setting, we’ll explore familiar postures — Downward Dog, Warrior poses etc — with fresh eyes and a workshop-style approach.
Rather than flowing quickly through poses, each week we’ll take the time to understand alignment, breath, and how your body moves within the shapes. Numbers are limited so you can expect personal attention, hands-on adjustments (if you want), and practical tools you can take back into your regular classes.
This course is perfect if you:
