The seasons changing can be enhanced by embracing a more gentle and warming practice. We've put together a menu of food and drinks alongside nourishing relaxation and yoga to ease the transition into winter.
You'll be welcomed into the day with an immunity-boosting shot of cold-pressed organic juice, ginger, lemon, and turmeric, some tea in the lounge, before you enjoy an extended yoga class with Bryony, including meditation & breathwork.
Bryony is a highly skilled yoga instructor with decades of experience in yoga, somatics, body and breath work. The first yoga session includes a short break to enjoy the magic of cacao & a homemade biscuit.
Cacao has lots of antioxidants and will be served with warming spices and some shortbread; gluten-free options available.
Yoga Nidra before a gourmet, vegetarian lunch made with locally grown Sussex produce in season. A relaxing & restorative sound bath afterward while you digest and rest.
We’ll close with hot chocolate or spiced chai & cake before you leave feeling rested & revvived.
