We look forward to seeing your kids for a fun Spring-themed class! 
- Ages 6-10.
- $10 per child (we are unable to accept credit cards for this event).
- Parents may drop off at 10, but please pick up by 11.
- Children should wear comfy clothes they can move around in (socks are great, but no outside shoes in the studio, please).
- Yoga mats are provided if needed.
- Water bottles are great (the kids work up a little sweat)!
- Parents/guardians will be asked to sign a waiver at drop off if not previously signed.
- RSVP appreciated.

The goal for our kids' yoga classes is to allow the kids to start learning some kid-friendly yoga poses, learn about mindfulness and importance of breath work, and we have them work with each other doing fun songs and games. (We'll even have a treat at the end! Please let us know if there are any allergies/intolerances ahead of time.)

About the teachers: Marissa and Andrea are certified 200-hour yoga teachers, and both have completed additional training specific to children's yoga.
