Stretch, move, and feel more comfortable in your changing body! This prenatal yoga class offers a chance for moms-to-be to gather and relax while building strength and flexibility. The class may incorporate movement and breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and mind-body awareness.

This class is appropriate for all fitness levels and for moms in all stages of their pregnancy.

Location: Water's Edge Chapel at Hayward Medical Center
