Presentation by Sandra Guzman-Duran discussing work on neotropical birds

Sandra will discuss research being a continuation of previous ecological surveys and investigations conducted on the Fort Leavenworth military reservation. The most recent survey was conducted in 2019 with a more focused effort in neotropical migrants. Her project focused on comparing previous work with her own research to see what changes have occurred over time in neotropical bird occurrence. Additionally, individuals paired audio recording devices with point-count survey stations in an effort to compare their performance relative to each other.
