Sound has been utilised as a tool for healing in various cultures for thousands of years. 

The various techniques all have the same intention: to move us from a place of imbalance to equilibrium. 

With a background in Sound Engineering & as a musician, I have always known the healing capacity/ power of sound and music.

Please bring a yoga mat/ something comfortable to lie on, a pillow and blanket. 

Please arrive a few minutes early to get comfortably setup.
