Run Like Hell IV

Welcome again to Run Like Hell, you just can't get enough!
A 13km run along the rugged north coast of Cornwall.
Easy run? Well, you think so at first then there is a little surprise for you in the middle.
Reach the turn around point and then back you come, all the way to Hell.
Fully trail race with stunning views. It has a generous 3 hour cut off, so open to all.
