August 2026 gives us one of the best solar eclipse viewing opportunities in the UK for years. With 90% coverage of the sun, the effect will be very apparent. With sunset soon after the end of the eclipse there will be a prolonged twilight adding a special atmosphere to this rare event. From our hilltop vantage point, your guide will serve a tasty buffet of savoury and dessert treats, accompanied by refreshing sundowners and hot drinks. Join us for a wonderful celebration of this celestial display.
Early booking recommended, our skygazing specials - guided in small groups - are always popular & places for this solar eclipse are likely to sell well in advance.
