Meet the instructor:
Kara is an herbalist and integrative nutritionist and the owner of Thistle Patch Wellness. She offers plant walks, classes, and one-on-one herbal consultations, helping people support their health through herbs, nourishment, and simple, supportive practices. She is based out of Eagle Lake, MN but also practices out of Zumbrota, MN.
