FREE Grief in the Holidays Workshop

❄️Navigating the holiday season can be particularly challenging for those who have experienced loss. Hospice of North Idaho's "Grief in the Holidays" Workshop offers a compassionate space to acknowledge the emotional impact that grief can have during this time. Participants will receive support in developing a personalized plan to manage the unique struggles that may arise with holiday expectations.

💙This workshop encourages attendees to create a "Plan B" for when grief feels overwhelming, empowering them to find balance while honoring their emotions. Join us for a supportive session that helps guide you through the holidays with intention and care.
