Fara Tolno was the lead drummer of Merveilles de
Guinee and is a world renown artist, musician and
choreographer. He will be offering classes for youth
and adults to provide the opportunity to study
traditional drumming rhythms and dances of
Guinea, West Africa. All abilities are welcome.

Drums will be available to borrow for class on a first
come, first serve basis. Dance class will be accompanied by live drummers. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. Fara is a kind and accessible teacher that is passionate about sharing the powerful and healing music and dance of his
culture. 

Classes will be fun and friendly to all and
everyone will leave feeling elevated by sharing this
memorable experience. Fara is very much looking
forward to joining us in Hayden!

4:15-5:00pm: Youth Drum Class
5:00-5:45pm: Youth Dance Class
6:00-7:15pm: Adult Drum Class
7:15-8:30pm: Adult Dance Class
