Faith in Motion is a devotion-centered fitness experience created for moms who understand that true strength is built through discipline, consistency, and faith—not motivation alone.

This gathering blends scripture, journaling, strength training, boxing-inspired movement, breathwork, and prayer into one intentional experience designed to honor the body as a temple and movement as stewardship.
