Run as a 5-week course: Mums & bubs Yoga is a special, shared experience for both mama and baby; encouraging bonding, development and well-being.
? Nurture the needs of the new mama while sharing time with your baby
? Offer a supportive and nurturing space in which to explore your ongoing transition into motherhood
? Develop a sense of well-being and calm for both you and your baby
? Alleviate and assist with post-pregnancy aches and pains
? Improve lactation for breastfeeding mamas
? Combat tiredness and fatigue
? Safely re-strengthen our mama muscles (core & pelvic floor)
? Assist with postnatal depression
? Offer a safe, supportive environment for mamas to connect with one another
There will be time for discussion before and after class to make new friendships. Mamas and babies are encouraged to head out for a coffee or lunch afterwards if you have the time, making this a wonderful opportunity to find support during the first months of motherhood.
