TYPE III MINIMUM NO INFLATABLE PFD’S Disclaimers This event is a rain or shine event; cancellation will be at the discretion of the organizers If the river height is not adequate, it will be relocated to the Delaware River There will be a $50.00 fee on all cancellations between the time registration opens and 30 days prior to the start of the Lackawaxen River Sojourn. Cancellations between 30 days until 10 days before the start of the Delaware River Sojourn are subject to a $50.00 per person per day cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 10 days before the start of the Lackawaxen River Sojourn are non-refundable. These fees are necessary to cover registration expenses due to cancellations.
