We’re participating in the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) Postcard Campaign, with a goal of mailing 100 hand-written postcards to our Montana legislators in support of Community Health Centers.

– Writing prompts & advocacy messages
– All mailing supplies

Your voice helps protect access to quality care for our friends, families, and neighbors across the Hi-Line. Whether you’re a patient, staff member, community leader, or supporter—your voice matters.
