You’ll also learn practical editing tips and best practices for submitting your video with clarity and confidence.After earning her Musical Theatre degree during the pandemic and working professionally in our post-COVID audition climate, Kiley has gained extensive experience filming self-tapes—and she is thrilled to share it with you at this exciting workshop!Whether you’re brand-new to self-taping or looking to refine your current approach, join us and start booking from your best self-tapes yet!Instructor Bio:Kiley Ernest is a Harford County native who grew up performing with Bel Air High School’s drama department and community groups, including Phoenix Festival Theatre and Tidewater Teens. She went on to earn her B.F.A. in Musical Theatre with a minor in Arts & Entertainment Industries Management from Rider University in 2022. During her time there, standout experiences included playing Sally Bowles in Cabaret under the direction of Broadway’s T. Oliver Reid and working as a Marketing & Media Intern at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts.After graduation, Kiley returned to Maryland and worked as a Marketing Coordinator for both the STAR Centre and the Havre de Grace Opera House. She was honored to assistant direct “Annie Get Your Gun” with local youth theatre Starlight Theatricals! Kiley has since continued her career as a professional actor, with favorite regional credits including Mary Magdalene in Jesus Christ Superstar at Riverside Center for the Performing Arts and Columbia in The Rocky Horror Show at Iron Crow Theatre.Kiley made her New York City performing debut in November of 2025 at 54 Below!
