The Peri Pause 

Join me in this class were we will take a PAUSE from the craziness in our lives/hormones 😆 to learn about how our patterns and belief systems may be hindering our happiness and contentment. A class of Self-Empowerment and Support for our Peri-Progression. 
 
We will discuss topics around Co-Dependency, Carrying VS Caring, Mindset/Perspective changes and more. 

I will also offer intuitive insights to what may be happening on an individual level, but will not be able to guarantee readings for each person in attendance. 
 
If you’re ready to learn about changes that you can make and ways to support your own goals for your life moving ahead or if you are struggling with “should I stay or go?” in your relationship - this class may benefit you.
