Join Linnea (HAVEN owner, reiki master, Witch, yoga instructor, herbalist, reflexologist, sound practitioner), for a lovely evening of TUNING IN. 

You will enjoy a calming herbal tea blend, hand-crafted by Linnea (***PLEASE MENTION ANY FOOD ALLERGIES WHEN SENDING PAYMENT***). 

We will begin by moving gently, stretching neck, shoulders, hips to settle the body and ground before lying back on our yoga mats to enjoy the vibrations. 

After the soundbath we will sit and Linnea will share any messages coming through. 

The space will be energetically protected and safe for all. 

These events are limited to 8 to ensure an intimate experience.
