not by diving too deep, but by creating space to reflect, rewrite, and express in a supportive and uplifting environment.

This will be a light, engaging, and heart-opening experience including:

✨ A guided writing exercise: “Give Yourself the Words You Deserved”
✨ Opportunities to rewrite limiting narratives in a gentle, empowering way
✨ Optional sharing (always at your comfort level)
✨ A closing integration to carry your voice forward beyond the circle.
