This yearly event will raise funds to support HDGinBloom, a committee under the Community Projects of Havre de Grace Inc, a registered501(c)3 non-profit. HDGinBloom has been established to promote and maintain the beautification of Historic Havre de Grace's public gardens and parks through citizen volunteerism.
