- **Event Description**: HAVEN is thrilled to welcome Aubrey Rose of Rose2Soul for this amazing workshop about teens and anxiety. 

This supportive class is designed to assist teens and their parents better understand anxiety, and learn practical tools to manage it together. 

Drawing from her personal journey as a prior panic/anxiety survivor and now a shamanic and reiki practitioner, Aubrey will share how anxiety shows up in the mind and body, and how simple evidence-informed techniques, like breath work, grounding exercises, meditation, the thumb hold calming technique can help regulate the nervous system. 

She will stress that the power to find calm already lives inside You!

This workshop is for teens WITH their parents to attend together, please. 

Dress comfortably and bring some water and a journal!
