Tattersall Farms-To-Taste™: First Blush

Picnic under summer sunsets in the fields of Tattersall Farm at Tattersall Farms-To-Taste™, an event series celebrating hyper-seasonal food with Haverhill chefs, restaurants, and farms. Experience the complete arc of a delicious New England summer on the historic 60-acre grounds of Haverhill's own cultural treasure across three distinct events.

The series begins on Thursday, June 26, at 5:00 PM with Tattersall Farms-To-Taste™: First Blush. Join us as the first summer harvests bring out tender greens and early-season flavors and kick back to enjoy some of the longest light of the year.

Find dishes by local chefs made with just-harvested vegetables, lamb, chicken, and sausages from area farms, including Late Bloom Farm, Lillooet Farm, Old Wild Farm, F-Word Farm, and a growing lineup of regional producers. Try wood-fired pizzas from La Pizza Di Forno and Chef Nick's lamb on a spit, grilled vegetable dishes from Kristen Carbone, and more grilled and fresh specialties.

Sip on drinks from regional producers like Idle Hands Craft Ales, makers of world-class beer in Malden since 2010, and Ipswich Ale Brewery, one of New England's longest-running craft brewers with over 30 years of history. Sample natural wines from Marzae, whose regenerative practices focus on the authentic expression of terroir; thoughtful selections from Craft Collective; international wines and welcome cocktails from Tozi Imports; as well as zero-proof options.

Choose your own view to enjoy the sunset by laying out your own picnic blankets or camp chairs, or upgrade your group to reserved VIP seating. Each all-inclusive ticket includes all walk-around tastings, drinks, and live music.
