The morning will begin with a peaceful guided meditation. 🧘🏻♀️We'll ease into a creative session where you can design your own vision board for the year to take home. Followed by a gentle guidance through journaling 📝 & intention setting.
Throughout the day, you will recieve pesonal Reiki as well as personal sound and vibrational healing. You will also learn how to make a soothinging salt bath mixture with essential oils for you to take home for your own relaxation
Light snacks and refreshing nmocktails will be provided to support your day of nourishment and self care💞!
