Seaweeds and coastal plants are not only delicious but also contain a wealth of beneficial properties. They are rich in essential nutrients like vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. When we meet up we’ll talk you through safety on the seashore, tides and how to forage sustainably. Finally we will explore how we use them in foods, soap and skincare products as nature’s wild health supplements and how seaweeds can help save the planet.
