Wintertime Forest Bathing

Our walk will be guided in the practice of Shinrin-Yoku (“Forest Bathing”), where we will bathe in the forest’s atmosphere while restoring our health and wellness through guided practices and the support of a community circle.

Our walk begins with deepening our connection with the land and inviting the arrival of our senses with a guided mindfulness meditation. We'll wander and discover the hidden gems of this land with a series of exploratory invitations that offer strengthening of our roots and playfulness with nature. Our walk will conclude with a warm cider and shared reflections.
