We’ll guide you into the calming waters and the vibrations of sound and Reiki at a private, heated indoor pool. The room is warm, the fireplace is on, and the pool is glass-calm. You take a seat at the water’s edge with a cup of gentle nervine tea. Feet in the water, we breathe together and name an intention—what you’re ready to soften, receive, or release. Shoulders drop. Mind quiets. The water invites you in.
You’ll get onto your personal floating raft—partially submerged so the body feels held without effort. We’ll support you into a position that feels weightless and safe. As you begin to drift, the sound journey begins.
Crystal bowls, chimes, the ocean/rain drum, gong, and channelled voice weave a gentle arc—from arrival to release to return. The vibrations travel beautifully through water, you’ll feel sound not just around you but through you—subtle waves that invite deep rest, insight, and reset.
As the sounds and vibrations travel through the room and water, Kelsey and Melissa will then begin one-to-one (hands-on or hands-off): soft, attuned, and steady, inviting your energy to settle and your nervous system to unwind.
We close with unhurried integration: float down, dry off, sip water, journal, or share a few words if you wish. No rush. Just time to land.
