Held by experienced facilitators Kelly and Amanda, this retreat offers a safe, trauma-informed, and connective space where you can show up exactly as you are. All parts of you are welcome.


Through gentle embodiment, meditation, movement, creative and art-based practices, ritual, and reflection, you are invited to reconnect with your inner wisdom, sensuality, and feminine truth at your own pace.
